We have reserved a block of rooms for competitors and volunteers. The room rate is $69/night plus taxes.

Reservations will be telephoned directly to Hotel Reservation Department at 1-800-648-5010. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with North Nevada Rally Race. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Participants may upgrade their standard room to a mini suite, at the time of reservation, at an additional $30 per suite, per night plus tax. Mini suite upgrade requests will be at space availability only at the time the reservation is made.

The cut-off date is the last day that Circus Circus will accept guest room/suite reservations for Meeting Group’s program. The cut-off date is 5/21/2008 12:00:00 AM. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted by Hotel at a space and rate availability basis only.

Participants who book rooms before the cutoff date will be provided with the Circus Circus VIP package. This VIP Package provides the following “special amenities”:

• A one time ten percent (10%) discount in one of the Circus Circus Reno retail stores of your choice (gift items).
• A one time ten percent (10%) discount at the Circus Circus Reno Business Center.
• A one time ten percent (10%) discount in one of the Circus Circus Reno restaurants of your choice.

The hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.
